Tanner Rutherford
Worship Pastor
Due to growing up as a pastor’s kid, Tanner has been involved in ministry his whole life. He has served in a worship pastor role for almost 10 years, starting out leading in a church plant in his house. During his time at Johnson University, Tanner served with several Knoxville area churches before graduating in May 2018 with a double major in Biblical studies/ Theology and English Rhetoric and Writing. After this period of learning and growing, he joined Life Church in the Fall of 2018. Tanner loves being involved in the Knoxville local music scene and culture, and teaches music at an after school program during the week.
